How does your apparel fit?

Masonclothing’s products are designed and shaped for any lifestyle. We generally recommend ordering your usual size but, if you prefer a roomier fit, order a size up. Please refer to our Size Guide

Why does it show delivery, but I did not receive?

Please check your mailbox thoroughly and ask your neighbors if they have your package. For more details, you can contact the courier company, and of course you can also contact us for help.

The tracking service shows that the attempted delivery of my parcel was unsuccessfully. What can I do?

Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the courier does not have access to the delivery location.
Please contact the courier to reschedule a delivery of your package.

I would like to make a return/exchange, what do I do?

Option 1: Use the Return Shipping Label Provided

  1. Complete the returns form printed on the back of your packing slip with your return details.
  2. Securely package your item(s), ensuring your original packing slip is included.
  3. Use the Return Shipping Label provided in your original order and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
  4. Once your item(s) have been received and have passed our inspection, you will receive an email notification advising your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

*We will deduct a $6.00 returns processing fee from your order refund unless:

  • Your order was delivered damaged
  • You received the incorrect merchandise (size, color, or item altogether)
  • You want to initiate an exchange for another item

Option 2: Pay Your Own Return Postage

  1. Complete the returns form printed on the back of your packing slip with your return details. 
  2. Securely package your item(s), ensuring your original packing slip is included.

    3. Email support@masonclothing.com with your return Tracking Number & the Courier Company name you have used to return the item(s). 

  3. Send your return item(s) back to our Distribution Center. The return address for our Distribution Center can be referenced on the original return label provided. 
  4. Once your item(s) have been received and have passed our inspection, you will receive an email notification advising your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

**Masonclothing is not liable for any return parcels lost in transit.

Can I make a change to my order after placing it?

Our warehouse ships orders very quickly which makes it extremely difficult for us to make changes to orders once they are placed. Because of this, we are not able to guarantee any requested changes to an order after it is placed. If you do need to make a change, we will do our best! Please reply to your order confirmation email for the quickest response

A product that I want is out of stock, will you be restocking it?

Masonclothing’s products are made in small batches and can go out of stock quickly. Some of our products are restocked regularly, while others are limited edition releases and will not be restocked. 

If a product you would like is currently out of stock, you can select the size and color you would like and sign up with your email for a notification when it is back in stock. As our products are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, this is the best way to get the first shot at a product you are looking for!

Do you honor sale pricing after a sale ends?

Masonclothing is unable to honor sale pricing outside of the posted sale date. Sale prices apply to in-stock items only and we are unable to do “rain checks” for out of stock products.

I have multiple coupons codes, can I apply them all to my order?

Only one discount code may be applied to each purchase. We do not offer double discounts. In instances of large site-wide discounts, additional discounts are temporarily unavailable to use during the sale term.
We do make an exception for rewards codes, which can be used with other discount codes and during sales.

I purchased an item with a discount or during a sale is it still eligible for a return/exchange?

Yes! Items purchased on sale are still eligible for return or exchange according to our 30-day return policy.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! We do offer Gift Cards. Currently, they are offered at various $50/$100 increments but if you would like a different amount, feel free to reach out to us at support@masonclothing.com and we can make any amount happen! Gift card codes can be applied during checkout and do not expire.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card On The Website ?

Please don’t worry; it is safe to order on our website. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. None of your credit-card details will be revealed. During checkout, when you enter your credit card & personal information at our online store, you are passing the information securely to us, using secure socket layer technology (SSL).Welcome to choose your favorite items on our website.

Was I Charged Twice ?

Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
