At Mason, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product and packaging if the item is damaged or defective

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent.


Return Method

Once your return request has been approved:

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible

  2. Include your order number inside the package

  3. Ship the return using a trackable shipping service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Mason is not responsible for items lost during return transit without a valid tracking number.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• All original tags must still be attached
• Item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mason cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly.

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.


Lost Packages

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact our support team.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the situation.


Policy Abuse

Mason reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse of the return policy, fraudulent claims, or repeated misuse of the return system.
